PROJECT LEAD
Waechter Architecture is seeking an architectural professional with 5+ years of office experience. Minimum qualifications include:
- Minimum of 5 years office experience in all phases of design for small and midsize buildings
- Competency preparing permit drawing sets and construction documents.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Vectorworks and/or Revit knowledge preferred

DESIGNER
Waechter Architecture is seeking a designer with 1-3 years of office experience who will work as a part of team, assisting project leads with all aspects of project work from design to construction administration. Each person in the office wears many hats and has many responsibilities, therefore the applicant must be a good communicator and highly self motivated.
Minimum qualifications include:
- Strong physical and digital modeling skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite and VRay
- Vectorworks and/or Revit knowledge preferred
